Conceived while drilling holes into two 12" acrylic red pyramids mounted on a pole in a diamond then inserting bamboo blinds then adding NeoDyn magnets on and taking a giant lead magnet and rotating. Thought of as Moon Tent, a Giant Weather Bulb Manometer then realized it could be a rotating  handheld. Professionally I administered 8000 treatments of medication via nebulizer at top ten USA medical school the University of Chicago medical center in the years before my design patent submit making this a private project outside my Respiratory career responsibilities yet intimately crystallized in my imagination

Personally I am elated to renew my Pyribulb Propelizer design of a Disposable Turbine Nebulizer design Registration Dm097912 for EU/ Aripo to support the Us Patent. The long term goals: possibilities are a disposable Nebulizer which can produce oxygen. Short time goals a new Nebulizer design for underrepresented markets.
